A "Reviews" page with the average, the spread of the stars, the form and the reviews. The home page can show the best ones. Everyone, or members only, may write; one review each, and writing again changes it.
A review can wait for your approval, you can answer it, and you choose reviews for the home page. The page tells search engines the average and the number of reviews.
