An inbox with the conversations on one side and the open one on the other, pictures, read marks, Unsend and Report, a Message button on channels and an envelope with the unread count on the top bar. Each member decides who may write to them and can block anybody. The panel sets who may send, how fast, which words are refused and how long messages are kept, reads every conversation, removes a message and stops a member from sending.
