Your own analytics, in your own database. That matters more for a hearing centre than for most businesses: your visitor log records which of your patients looked up tinnitus at two in the morning, and that is not data to hand to an advertising company in exchange for a free dashboard.
Live Now shows who is on the site this minute, which page they are reading, where they came in, and what they are using — refreshing itself, so it can sit on the reception screen.
The overview covers a period you choose: how many people, how many sittings, how many pages each, how many read one page and left, which day was busiest, and what hour of the day they come. Traffic after you close is somebody who could not ring.
Everything breaks down by source, by which site sent them, by device, browser and operating system, and by the pages themselves — both the most read and the ones people land on first.
Two decisions worth knowing about. Bots are recorded but never counted, so the figures are clean and you can still check the filter is right. And the IP address is hashed by default — the hash is enough to recognise a returning visitor, which is all analytics needs; storing the real address is a switch, not the default.

Yes. The addon unlocks inside an installation of Hearing Center Business Suite that already has its own licence.
How does the key reach my site?
Your installation collects it by itself on its next check. You can also paste it on the License screen.
Can I move it to another domain?
Yes. Release the old domain in your account and activate the new one.
