Puts a contact form on the Contact page (or anywhere, with [contact_form]), keeps every message in an inbox in the admin panel, e-mails the admin when one arrives and lets the admin answer from the panel.
Spam is stopped by nine layers that ask the visitor nothing: a signed one-time token, a wait, proof of work done by the browser, two trap fields, a sign of a real hand, limits per address, and rules for links, words and senders.
