Live Streaming changelog

Lets go of a deleted recording

• Fixed When the video a stream was saved as is deleted, the stream forgets it and the pieces it kept are removed

Plays for everyone, and the recording saved

• Fixed Browser streams did not play for viewers: every piece is a complete file of its own now, so a viewer joins at any piece; the browser's stop-trailer is cut off; the codecs named match the tracks present
• Added When a stream ends the recording waits: Save as a video (title, privacy), Discard, or watch it as it is; saved, it is converted like any upload
• Added A setting for what happens to recordings: ask, save by itself, or throw away
• Added The recording in pieces plays on the stream's page until it is saved

Check before you go live

• Added Camera and microphone check: preview, level meter, device pickers, a five-second recording played back
• Added Live preview on the Go live page, as viewers see it
• Added A Live tab in the member Studio

Live from the browser

• Added Go live from the browser: camera or screen, no OBS and no streaming server
• Added The recording kept as a video afterwards

The first release

• Added RTMP streams through the owner's server with HLS playback
• Added YouTube, Facebook and Twitch lives embedded
• Added Live chat, viewer counts, bans, cron start and end
