Hearing aids arrive from dealers and sub-dealers with a problem and a promise. This addon turns that into a job with a number: booked, received, diagnosed, at the outside lab, repaired, ready, delivered — each step written down with the date, who did it, and what they found.
Every job gets a printed BOOKING TOKEN / SLIP carrying its tracking number and a QR code, and a public tracking page the dealer or the customer can open without any password. Updates go out by e-mail, and one click sends the same message on WhatsApp.
Money is on the job too: an estimate the customer can be shown or not, what was taken in advance, the final charge, and what the outside lab billed you — so a repair that cost more than it earned cannot hide.
Notes come in two kinds. What you write for the customer appears on their tracking page; what you write for yourself never leaves the panel.
The work flows the way it does in real life. A dealer books the repair in their own portal and sends it in; the lab receives it and takes it from there. From that moment the lab owns the job — the dealer can read it, add a note and watch the timeline, but the status and the charge are the lab's to set. The lab can also book a repair on a dealer's behalf, and the dealer is notified when it does.

Do I need Hearing Center Business Suite first?
Yes. The addon unlocks inside an installation of Hearing Center Business Suite that already has its own licence.
How does the key reach my site?
Your installation collects it by itself on its next check. You can also paste it on the License screen.
Can I move it to another domain?
Yes. Release the old domain in your account and activate the new one.
