A dealer who reads Bengali should not have to work in English, and a member of staff who prefers English should not be made to work in Bengali. Everyone picks for themselves from a switch in the top bar, and the choice sticks.
English and Bengali ship with the script. The owner can add another language from the panel — a code, a name, and the words — without touching a file.
The useful part is what happens as the panel is used: every label opened in a language that has no translation for it is written down, so finishing a translation is a matter of working through a list rather than hunting through the panel for what was missed. A word with no translation shows in English, so a half-finished language is still perfectly usable.

Getting it running
- Install Hearing Center Business Suite — the addon ships inside it.
- Open Addons in your admin panel.
- Press Enable — that is all.
