One installation, as many centres as you open. Each branch has its own address, phone, opening hours and invoice prefix, and its address is what prints on a receipt raised there.
Staff are assigned to a branch on one screen rather than one user at a time. Once assigned, they see their own branch's patients, appointments, stock and sales — unless they hold the See every branch permission, which is how a head-office role is made.
Stock is counted per branch, so the shelf in Dhaka and the shelf in Chattogram are different numbers, and moving units between them is a transfer with a record on both sides.

Yes. The addon unlocks inside an installation of Hearing Center Business Suite that already has its own licence.
How does the key reach my site?
Your installation collects it by itself on its next check. You can also paste it on the License screen.
Can I move it to another domain?
Yes. Release the old domain in your account and activate the new one.
