Impressions arrive from dealers with instructions attached — a size, an ear, a shell type. This addon turns each one into a numbered order and follows it from booking to delivery, so the question about whether a mould is ready has an answer that does not need a phone call.
Earmoulds and earshells keep their own numbering and their own type lists, each with a usual price that fills itself in when the type is chosen.
Everything the repair addon gives you is here too: the printed token with its QR code, the public tracking page, e-mail and WhatsApp updates, and the split between what the customer reads and what stays internal.
A dealer books the order in their own portal and sends it in; the lab receives it and makes it. The lab can also book on a dealer's behalf, and the dealer is notified when it does.

Do I need Hearing Center Business Suite first?
Yes. The addon unlocks inside an installation of Hearing Center Business Suite that already has its own licence.
How does the key reach my site?
Your installation collects it by itself on its next check. You can also paste it on the License screen.
Can I move it to another domain?
Yes. Release the old domain in your account and activate the new one.
