Every booking, wherever it came from, in one book. The website form writes straight into it; the counter and the telephone use the same screen.
The day view is what the front desk keeps open: who is coming, at what time, for what, and one button to move each person through confirmed, arrived and done. Marking somebody arrived opens their patient file if they do not have one yet, so nobody is retyped.
Slots are checked against the diary, not assumed, so two patients are never given the same time. Confirmations and reminders go by e-mail and SMS, and a booking is stamped when it is reminded so a cron job running every ten minutes does not send ten reminders.

Getting it running
- Install Hearing Center Business Suite — the addon ships inside it.
- Open Addons in your admin panel.
- Press Enable — that is all.
