A backup is one .zip holding a dump of every table, your settings, and the uploads folder — logos, product photos, ticket attachments — with a manifest describing what is inside it.
Take one by hand before a big change, or let the cron job take it every day, week or month. Old ones are cleared out automatically so the disk does not fill up.
A backup sitting on the same server is not really a backup, so add a destination and every one is copied there as well: FTP, FTP over TLS, SFTP, WebDAV, Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. A destination cannot be switched on until its details are filled in, and you can test the connection before trusting it.
Restoring takes a safety backup of what is there now before it replaces anything, and asks you to type RESTORE to confirm. If the restore was not what you wanted, the safety copy is waiting for you.

Yes. The addon unlocks inside an installation of Hearing Center Business Suite that already has its own licence.
How does the key reach my site?
Your installation collects it by itself on its next check. You can also paste it on the License screen.
Can I move it to another domain?
Yes. Release the old domain in your account and activate the new one.
