Most people who walk into a hearing centre do not become patients that day. They ask what a hearing aid costs, they are given a figure, and they go away to think about it. Three weeks later they are back, and the question is "you said forty thousand" — to somebody who was not there.
This is the note of that conversation, taken at the counter in under a minute.
Who came in — and whether it was for themselves. A daughter asking on her father's behalf is the commonest visit a hearing centre gets, and a note that does not say whose ears are being discussed is not much of a note.
What they were told, in your own words. This is the part that settles the argument later.
The price or offer, with a photograph of the written quote if you gave one, and how many days it is good for. Type "7 days" and the end date is worked out; the log then shows at a glance whether an offer still stands.
Who spoke to them, so the person who takes the follow-up call knows who to ask.
The part that earns its keep is the matching. A visit is filed under the e-mail, the mobile and the WhatsApp number, and matched on the digits rather than the spelling — the same number gets typed as 01711-000111, +8801711000111 and 8801711000111 by three different people. When any of them turns up again as a patient, the visit is already on the file.
Contact permission is recorded per channel, because "you may text me" is not "you may e-mail me", and a newsletter should only go to people who said yes.

Yes. Release the old domain in your account and activate the new one.
