Footer Branding

Every page of the admin panel and the dealer portal ends with a footer: your site name and the script's version on the left, a few links on the right, and a credit line underneath. Out of the box the links and the credit come from head office (the License Center) with each licence check. The credit reads Designed & Developed by: Faruk, and head office can add a support or store link to every installation at once. If you run the network under your own brand, this addon makes the footer yours: your own credit line, your own links per panel, or nothing at all.

Switching it on

Footer Branding is a premium addon, and it is enforced by the licence, not by the files: copying the addon's folder to another site changes nothing there. It runs when your licence package carries it, or when its own addon key is activated on this site. On Admin → Addons (in the System group of the sidebar) find Footer Branding Addons and press Enable. If the card says Not included in your licence yet, use Buy this addon or I have a key (The licence key and addon keys).

When the addon is switched on but the licence does not carry it, the screen says This module is switched on, but the licence does not carry it yet. and head office's footer stays.

Admin → Footer Branding (in the Addons group of the sidebar; the role needs Change system settings).

Your own footer

• Write my own footer is the one switch. Off means every panel keeps the footer head office sends.
• Credit line is what appears under the footer, for example © 2026 Sonic Hearing Ltd, Dhaka with a link to your website. Simple HTML such as a link is fine. Scripts, forms, frames and onclick-style attributes are stripped out, because this is a line of text, not a place to run code. Leave it empty for no credit line at all.

Your links

A table with Text, Address and two tick boxes, Admin panel and Dealer panel, so each link appears only where it belongs: a Support link to your helpline for dealers, an Office manual link for staff only. There is room for three new links at a time; save, and three more empty rows appear. An address without https:// gets it added. Empty a row and save to remove that link. Leave every row empty and the right-hand side of the footer is simply blank.

Press Save: Saved. Every panel shows this from now on.

Restore the original

Restore the original (after a confirmation) switches your own footer off and clears your credit line and links. Every panel shows head office's footer again.

Preview

How it will look shows the admin panel's footer as it is stored now, so save first: it does not follow what you are typing. What head office sends shows the credit line that appears while your own footer is off.

What does not change

• The name and version on the left. The name is the Site name on Admin → Settings; the version is the script's.
• The public front page, and the repair and earmould tracking page with its printable slip, show only a credit line, and that one is always head office's. The addon replaces the footer of the two panels.

If the licence stops carrying it

The panels go back to head office's footer by themselves. Your credit line and links stay saved, and return as soon as the licence carries the addon again.

Tips

• Keep the credit to one short line; it sits under every page of both panels.
• Use the dealer-panel links for what dealers need most: your helpline's WhatsApp, the current price list, a training video.
