The licence key
On this page
One key runs one installation. It comes from the License Center at license.faruk.bd, where you also download the script, buy premium addons, collect updates and open support tickets. Keys of this script start with HCBS.
Activating the key
- Sign in on the License Center and open My licences. Copy your key.
- In your panel open System → License.
- Paste the key into License key under Activate this installation and press Activate.
The panel checks the key with the License Center, binds it to your domain and unlocks itself. www.example.com and example.com count as the same domain.
Until a key is activated, the admin panel shows a locked page instead of your screens. The public website, online booking and the shop keep working for your patients the whole time; only staff are kept out.
The Status card

Under it, Addons enabled by this license lists the premium addons your licence includes, and Limits shows any numbers the package sets (for example how many dealers).
What the states mean

| Active (offline grace period) | The License Center could not be reached at the last check. Everything keeps working until the date shown. | Usually nothing — the next check fixes it. If it lasts, press Test the server connection. |

| Suspended, Revoked | The key was blocked on the License Center. | Open a support ticket. |
| Invalid key | The key was mistyped or is for another product. | Copy it again from My licences. |
| Domain mismatch | The key is active on a different domain. | Release it there first, or from your account on the License Center. |
| Not registered | No key has been entered yet. | Activate one. |
The same word is shown under the version number at the bottom of the sidebar. The key icon in the top bar is green when all is well, amber during the grace period and red when something needs attention; hovering over it shows the state.
When the licence is not fine, the License page, the sign-in page and the database updater stay open, so you can always put it right.
The buttons
- Check now — asks the License Center straight away instead of waiting for the next scheduled check. Use it after renewing or after buying an addon.
- Release this domain — frees the key so it can be activated somewhere else. The panel locks until a key is activated again. Press it before you move the site to a new domain.
- Test the server connection — checks that your host lets the script reach the License Center. A blocked outgoing connection looks exactly like a bad key otherwise.
- Find my key and Buy a license — open the License Center in a new tab.
Addon keys
Premium addons can be unlocked two ways:
- Included in your licence — the addons listed under Addons enabled by this license.
- A separate addon key — when you buy one addon on its own. These look like
ADX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
You rarely have to type an addon key. When an order on the License Center is confirmed, the key is sent down on the next check, the addon is switched on, and a notification tells you what arrived. Collect purchases now fetches it at once.
If you bought a key elsewhere or are moving one from another site, paste it under Addon key and press Add the key. The table below lists every addon key on this installation with what it Unlocks, its Status and when it was last Checked; Re-check asks about all of them again, and the × removes a key and frees it on the License Center.

Contact the script author
The Contact the script author form sends a support ticket to the License Center with your Subject, Priority and Message. The answer arrives by e-mail and in your account on the License Center. The Script support card beside it shows the support e-mail, phone and WhatsApp number your licence came with.
License server settings
The License server card holds four values. Leave them as they are unless support asks you to change them.

The Installation card shows the script name, its version, your PHP version and this installation's instance ID — useful when you write to support.
How often the panel checks
Every 12 hours (the setting above), whenever the cron job runs a licence check, and whenever you press Check now. A check sends the key, the domain, the script and PHP versions and the list of switched-on addons — nothing about your patients, sales or dealers.
The footer credit
The bottom of every panel carries the author's credit and a few links (script support, customisation, the addon store). Replacing them with your own name and links is what the premium Footer Branding addon is for.
